    sometimes, yes. i've stitched many a mile of thread and doing so revealed much to me. never did it with my cat, though. just might have to try it with the neighbor cat, Bob.

  2. Hi Jeanne! Love the photos and they've got me wondering – what is that stitch that is going across the wrist in the pictures? Cannot think of the name of it!!

    that stitch is called a hemstitch.

    i seem to be lost in the land where i can't buy words . . . except in my journal. they spill out all over the page there! go figure.
